The first session is an assessment and treatment in osteopathy and physiotherapy, 50 to 60 minutes. Follow-ups last 50 to 55 minutes, or 25 minutes when a shorter session is enough.
I started my practice in pediatrics, at the Shriners Hospital.

Assess, treat, then continue at home.

A detailed questionnaire on your history, then the examination: we look for where the problem comes from, not just where it hurts.

Mostly hands-on, in a private room. Your therapist stays with you for the whole session.

Exercises prescribed and taught, so the work continues between sessions.
