Who I am

A wealth of perspectives.

Life is full of experiences and challenges that shape and change us, make us who we are. I am proud of my academic achievements, but also of having travelled on my own, explored life abroad, connected with myself, found a purpose and a partner in life, and of having raised two children while running a practice and a clinic. And, through all of that, of having managed to keep my family united and healthy, despite life's challenges.

I bring people together, and I am lucky to have gathered around me a rich community of positive people I love and who appreciate me, but we don't always think alike. Conflicts are rich in opportunities for growth. With heart and patience, we learn to adjust our perspective on life.

My journey

Twenty-six years of understanding the body.

  1. Physiotherapist, McGill University

After graduating, I began in pediatrics at the Shriners Hospital, then explored orthopedic and postural approaches in private practice.

  2. Osteopath D.O.

Six years of study at the Centre Ostéopathique du Québec, while working as a physio and raising two young children. I wanted to better understand the human body.

  3. Vitalida Physio & Ostéo

I founded my own company and became co-owner of the NDG Health Clinic. Vitalida was originally Inspiration Physio & Ostéo. I also employed and mentored several osteopaths in training.

  4. Life coach

Over the course of my practice, I have seen how much lifestyle, nutrition and emotions weigh on the balance of the body and the nervous system. To complete my physical therapy background, I studied the sciences of human behaviour and habit formation in a life coaching training with Heroic.
