My approach
A safe space to pause and gain awareness of what is happening inside.
My approach is humanistic, systemic and person-centred.
I offer a safe space to sit with what is happening, make sense of it, find your bearings again and take concrete steps, at each person's own pace.
Among other tools, I use CSI©, Integrated Systemic Coaching. Coaching can also be experienced alongside the clinic's other care, such as osteopathy and physiotherapy, to support inner adjustment as much as everyday changes.

Path to rebuilding
Moving through the stages, reorganizing daily life, redefining who we are. The two weeks between sessions leave time to integrate what has shifted.

Rebirth and transition
For the stage where we build what comes next: new projects, permission to be happy again, a change that lasts.
Fees
That is $120 per session online and $125 in person, payable in advance. Fees in effect in 2026.
